I see adolescents and adults who suffer with various issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, relationship problems, as well as substance abuse and addiction. I believe in the good nature of most people and the need to grow and learn from our life experiences. At times in our life, it becomes important to stop and recognize our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that can interfere with who we want to be and hope to become.
