Hi! I am a CBT trained and certified, licensed out-patient therapist for the past 16 years. I work collaboratively with clients from a strength based lens to determine what is working for them and what may need to be adjusted to enhance emotional and behavioral well-being, and overall quality of life. I work at your pace in treatment while helping you identify your personal goals. I truly find it rewarding to be invited into the healing journey of my clients.
