Long-term happiness typically comes from enriching connections to other people. Unfortunately, most of us receive sparse training on how to create and sustain healthy relationships. My particular passion is teaching individuals, couples, and families how to give love and support despite our inherent human flaws. I have found that therapy can actually be an enjoyable experience as we work together to explore more fulfilling ways of being with oneself and others.
