Hey there! I’m Thomas, and I’m thrilled to share that I've been on this amazing journey of therapy for about 5 years now! I truly love what I do and am passionate about connecting with my clients right where they are. Since starting my adventure as a therapist, I’ve pursued numerous trainings that excite me. Among my proudest accomplishments are is being trained in DBT and Gottman therapy! In our first session, we’ll focus on building a connection and determining if we’re a good match for this journey together. I look forward to hearing about your experiences and what has led you to seek my support. I see things from a different perspective when it comes to understanding what a client is experiencing in their life. Therapy wasn't my first career; I've had a rich and varied life before taking on this role. I feel that this experience allows me to offer a deeper understanding of the challenges my clients face.
