Hello! My name is Tom Sutherland. There are (unfortunately!) no magic words to suddenly make everything in your life wonderful. Therapy is work. We'll talk about the things you want to change, and I'll ask you to practice them. I help people with anxiety and depression problems. I work with people who are experiencing a significant loss, such as a loved one (which can include pets), and help them process their grief. I help people with phobias, such as after a car accident. I help people improve their communication, such as with their partners. Lastly, I help people learn how to show respect to themselves and build confidence.
