I want to help you treat your whole self in the world you live in day to day. I respect your individual path toward healing by being curious with you, and learning to understand your distinctive needs, strengths, and interests. I have been providing mental and behavioral support to children, adolescents, and adults for over 20 years. My extensive experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum is useful in my work with neurodiverse couples. I enjoy helping all couples find common ground and connection through openness and honesty. I also work with folks living with Schizophrenia, Bipolar, and Personality Disorders. My specialties include relationship stressors, neurodiverse couples, family therapy, and managing chronic mental illness. I work from a strengths-based model and build on what you are already doing well. Struggles are normal and are where the learning and growing happen!
