As a licensed mental health counselor, marriage and family specialist, EMDR Trained, and ART provider, I am committed to helping individuals and families navigate their paths to healing. Additionally, I hold certifications in SYMBIS and Level 2 Gottman Couples training, specializing in supporting couples as they restore and enrich their relationships. I work with families, couples, adults, teens, and children navigating a wide range of challenges and life transitions. My goal as a professional mental health counselor is to be a positive resource, offering compassion and healing. Together, we'll develop problem-solving skills grounded in a blend of Biblically based solutions and therapeutic strategies, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and more.
