My clients are those who struggle with relationships, managing their emotions, illnesses or past experiences and who are looking to understand their needs, how to communicate them to others, and how to become their most authentic, satisfied self. I work with clients to identify their current coping skills and the influence of past experiences and relationships on their ability to cope with life and be the best person they can be for their own peace and happiness and for those they are in relationships with. I believe in the power of attachment to others with a balance of individuation.
