My ideal patient is a person struggling with depression, anger, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, low self-esteem, and a mood disorders. They need help with improving their daily functioning, emotional distress and motivation. The goal of our work together would be to identity a step- by- step plan to decrease symptoms. The patients wants to change their life and accomplish their purpose and destiny. My two ideal patients are couples and adolescents; struggling with communication and working together to improve their daily lives. Lastly, I provide clinical supervision for master's level interns, working to become licensed.
