Therapy with me is thoughtful, creative, and honest. I hold a Masters in Clinical Counseling and a Masters in Art Therapy, allowing us to work through words, images, and mindfulness to create real change. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults across diverse populations and communities. I am supportive, but I will challenge you to do the work. Growth does not come from staying comfortable. It comes from showing up, getting curious, and doing the work together.
