I'm a Psychologist licensed in NJ and NY. As a therapist of color and child of immigrant parents, I hold a unique perspective and deep empathy to my work with clients. My specialties include anxiety, relationship issues, perfectionism and self-doubt, racial identity, multicultural concerns, and healing childhood wounds. In addition to therapy, I offer virtual workshops and in-person wellness retreats. My practice works closely with a Healthcare Leader who offers Leadership Coaching to early career nurses and young AAPI men.
