I work with teenagers and adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the emotional impact of past experiences. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves, even when things “look fine” on the outside. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and empowered. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build healthier coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
