I am a Vietnamese American Refugee Immigrant. I use the lenses from the trauma-informed care focus to assist my clients in healing from their traumas to a path of mental wellness. I typically work with Asian Americans, with varied experiences working with many diverse ethnic groups, socioeconomic statuses, ages, and varied levels of severity of mental illness. I help client reach changes through behavioral changes from reframing thought process to actual changes in their daily lives.
