I am a Vietnamese American Refugee immigrant and use the lenses from the trauma-informed care focus to assist my clients in healing from their traumas to a path of mental wellness. I typically work with Asian Americans, however, have varied experiences working with many diverse ethnic groups, socioeconomic statuses, ages, and varied levels of severity of mental illness.
