I am passionate about helping others navigate through the many challenges and transitions we face throughout our life journey and walking through them together: relationship issues, career/work stressors, medical needs, Serious Mental Illness, physical limitations/loss of functioning, body image, emotional eating, low self esteem, spiritual needs, and lack of self identity/life purpose. I have acquired a diverse array of experiences and expertise throughout my years as a mental health provider in DC, and I enjoy drawing from these vast experiences to meet the individual needs of each individual client.
