I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Mississippi and Louisiana. I'm sure that we can all agree that life can throw us some curve balls and become very challenging at times leaving us feeling overwhelmed and consumed by our thoughts and emotions. It happens to the best of us sometimes. I strongly believe that investing in your mental health is one of the greatest investments you can make. It's a sign of strength that provides so many benefits to your overall wellbeing, health, and happiness. My focus is providing care to individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, abuse, and life transitions.
