I am a licensed therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I know that life happens, and we are all human, and as such, that is how I approach my treatment. I believe connection and shared experiences can be the most beneficial tool in therapy. I am passionate about fostering a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Our first session is where we start our therapeutic relationship. What you can expect from this session is going over what to expect from therapy, getting to know you and what brought you to therapy, and what your expectations are for me as your therapist.
