I specialize in helping women to heal past trauma, understand how past trauma may be impacting themselves and their relationships and provide guidance on how to manage past trauma to guide women from surviving to thriving! I also am dedicated to helping women who are experiencing major life changes and transitions such as career change, divorce, empty nesting, health related issues to manage related stress and find peace. My services are online only but I do offer opportunities for in person events and retreats! I do not accept insurance but offer affordable rates starting at $75 for a 30 minute session.
