Currently accepting new clients: The heart of my work is helping women in their 20s and 30s restore healing, peace, and balance to their lives. I take a collaborative, practical, and compassionate approach and empower you to recognize and utilize your strengths as a means of moving through fear, sadness, and insecurities. My aim is to support you as you move toward increased healing and wholeness in your life. While I focus primarily on Highly Sensitive Gen Zers and Millennials, my practice is open to all ages, genders, cultures, sexualities, and neurotypes.
