Welcome! Life can feel overwhelming at times. Challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and unexpected life changes can leave us feeling stuck or alone. You don’t have to navigate these struggles by yourself — I am here to walk alongside you. Many people develop coping strategies that may help them survive but don’t truly support healing. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and affirming space where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Together, we will work to better understand the challenges you’re facing and develop healthier ways to manage them.
