Hi, I’m Dr. Jodi! I couldn't be more proud to share a little bit about our team at Tides Wellness. Tides is a group of wonderful and authentic human beings, but this alone is not enough. It is crucial that we provide treatments that work, treatments that are based on research and treatment modalities that help get people better faster. We take pride in continuous learning and growing both as humans and as therapists. As our team has grown we have brought on therapists with diverse expertise in hopes of being a trusted one stop shop for many of the the mental health needs of our local community!
