Would you describe yourself as a worrier or an over thinker? Someone who has a complicated family or childhood? Would people describe you as an overachiever? Or, maybe you ended up on neurodivergent Tik Tok and you aren’t sure how? Then we might be a good fit! I specialize working with folx who have anxiety/depression, perfectionism, who may have also experienced childhood trauma. We will work together to understand root cause and build the capacity to ride the wave of emotions that accompany this type of work. I am also LGBTQIA+ affirming!
