I have found reward in helping others experience their truest expression of self, and I have found that the use of the word "should" creates pressure in the innerworkings of our life. Most of my experience comes from higher education in which I've had the privilege of working with young and middle age adults experiencing major life transitions, challenges in identity, anxiety, depression, and the daily struggles of stress management. Empathy is the propelling force for my work as a therapist. Individuals will walk away with tools for daily practice and gradual empowerment for lasting and lifelong change.
