Welcome! I'm Tierra. Look, I know starting therapy can be empowering, confusing, or scary, all at the same time, but here you are, and I'm rooting for you! I am a dedicated licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and therapist committed to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive, and evidence-based care. My work focuses on supporting individuals who have experienced domestic violence, self-esteem challenges, relational issues, and grief. I strive to create a safe and affirming space where clients can process their experiences, heal from trauma, and rebuild their sense of self. In our first session together, we’ll begin with brief introductions to establish a comfortable rapport and get to know each other. After that, we’ll dive into the specific challenges you’re facing.
