I work with individuals, couples, and families—particularly those within LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities—who are seeking a safe, affirming space to navigate life’s challenges and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. Many of my clients are experiencing communication breakdowns, emotional disconnection, or recurring conflicts that leave them feeling unheard or misunderstood. Others are facing major life transitions, stress, or personal struggles that impact both their well-being and their relationships. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring a systems-oriented approach, which means I don’t just focus on the individual—I consider the dynamics of relationships, family patterns, and the ways we interact with the world around us.
