As a therapist—and a mom, widow, and human being—I’m here to help you navigate life’s hardest moments with compassion, evidence-based tools, and maybe a little humor along the way. I specialize in trauma, substance use, grief and perinatal mental health, and I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from all walks of life, including individuals in recovery, grieving families, and exhausted new moms who are just trying to survive.
