Welcome! I'm grateful to be part of your journey and here to support you - you’re not alone. I work with a wide range of adult clients who are either starting therapy for the first time or have explored other approaches but feel they haven't fully uncovered the root of their challenges. I work with adults of all ages in helping them navigate trauma, attachment wounds, PTSD, depression, anxiety, relational challenges, ADHD, among other life struggles.
