I feel Shannon L. Adler said it best "Courage doesn’t happen when you have all the answers. It happens when you are ready to face the questions you have been avoiding your whole life.” It takes courage to reach out for support! My focus is working with individuals that are being impacted by self-esteem, anxiety, depression, life changes, and trauma. Using whole health interventions, I offer a client centered, down-to-earth, strength-based approach to assist you in finding the best path forward. I specialize in supporting teens, adults, and older adults by improving coping, stress management, communication, and self-esteem. My background in schools, family law, community agencies, and the justice system, has offered me the ability to support clients through difficult times that are riddled with uncertainty.
