Guiding women, teens, and children in developing wholeness, rejuvenation, and hope. Life can be hard, lonely, confusing, and chaotic especially if facing uncertainty about a new relationship, transitioning into motherhood, a child experiencing big emotions, or a young adult who is newlywed. I believe an individual and a family can create their own rhythm of life that feels balanced, authentic, and healing. My specialities are; life-transitions, co-dependency, motherhood, burnout, relationships, teaching children how to express their emotions, and encouraging new parents.
