“I work primarily with individuals addressing life challenges including neurodivergence, anxiety and depression, women's issues, relational challenges, identity struggles, childhood trauma, and challenges for military-affiliated folks. I work from a place of helping my clients hold some of these painful and heavy elements of self and experience so they can navigate meaningful change that supports their healing. So if you are new to counseling, giving it another try, or returning with new challenges, I provide space to set those pressures down and gently connect with a sense of grounding, peace, and balance.”
