I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor dedicated to helping motivated individuals become more empowered in their own lives. I have worked in the mental health field for over 12 years. In 2015, after experiencing the most painful personal upheaval of my life, I discovered that going for walks outside was a simple, yet fundamentally life-changing coping skill for me. I started my own private practice based on learning how to transmute anger, anxiety, depression, fear, grief, loss, and tears into strength through physical movement in my own life. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy for treatment of trauma symptoms.
