I am Tiffany Bentley, a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Somatic Women. I support women who feel deeply, give endlessly, and are learning how to come home to themselves. My work centers on trauma, anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, and personal growth. Many clients come to me high functioning on the outside but tired, overwhelmed, or disconnected within. In our work, we slow down, tune in, and gently unwind what is no longer serving you. My approach is collaborative, warm, and trauma informed, grounded in the belief that your body carries wisdom and that healing does not need to be rushed.
