Hi, I'm Tiffany and I’m a Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience working in the field of mental health. I utilize many types of evidence based therapies, and specialize in trauma, anxiety, and attachment. I enjoy supporting clients with self-esteem, self-acceptance, symptom/behavior management, personal growth and working with emotions/emotional memories to help get "unstuck." I love my career and love working alongside my clients. I am passionate about mental wellness and I stay up to date on symptoms, treatments and research in order to be the best that I can be for the people I work with.
