Congratulations on taking this step for yourself. My hope is helping my clients in establishing goals and finding solutions to feelings and situations being experienced in their life. Therapy offers the opportunity for an individual to express feelings and emotions in a safe and nonjudgmental atmosphere. I have worked in a number of therapeutic venues for the past 20+ years before entering private practice in 2013. Everyone's situation is unique and requires different solutions and techniques that you can believe will work for you. I offer in-office and teletherapy (ie video chat) services. Specialties include anxiety, depression, self-harm, med management, and work/school issues. I want to help you process the stress, anger, anxiety, depression that often accompanies life stressors and medical/mental health challenges.
