I am an LCSW (Licensed Certified Social Worker) who is passionate about creating meaningful connections and therapeutic bonds with my clients. I firmly believe that sometimes, this connection serves as the primary source of encouragement, praise, or a sense of safety in an individual's life. I consider it a privilege to offer this to my clients, helping them perceive the world from fresh perspectives. My goal is to empower you to stand up for yourself, recognize your strengths, needs, desires, and aspirations, and work collaboratively to help you achieve them, ultimately becoming the best version of yourself. My expertise shines when it aligns with the unique needs and areas of interest that I bring to my practice. These include working with women's issues, and anxiety, boosting self-esteem, and boundaries, enhancing relationships, managing general life stresses, facilitating grief work, and helping individuals navigate transitions into different phases of life.
