I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I have 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, and low self-esteem. I have found my style and approach are a good fit for young adults and adults that are struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. I like to help my clients end the cycle of negative self-talk and begin the journey of self-love.
