Hello There! My name is Tiffany David, and I am currently a first year student at CUNY Queens College Masters of Mental Health Counseling program. It can be challenging to navigate the modern pressures and societal expectations of being a young adult. And as a Gen Z Latina clinician in training, I resonate with the ways that cultural dynamics impact our experiences and views towards mental health. I believe therapy to be a space in which you allow your authentic self to come forward. It is a process that could be messy and raw, but I aim to accept who you are, and meet you right where you are.
