Whether you’re contending with unsatisfying relationships, setting boundaries, or work related stressors, I strive to bring care and clarity to our work together. I believe that our past informs our present, and I can help you gain deeper insight into the patterns and cycles to move towards growth. I have experience in working with a range of emotional challenges, including: depression, consistent exhaustion, anxiety, loneliness, trauma, relationship challenges, major life transitions and grief. To me therapy is a collaborative process, and I work to provide authentic supportive guidance, humor, and respectful challenge.
