I am a licensed professional clinical counselor who specializes in working with athletes of all levels and disciplines who are interested in building their mental performance skills: developing confidence, exploring motivation, injury recovery, perfectionism, resilience, improving focus, addressing anxiety, depression, etc. I also see clients who have a desire to heal their relationship with food, their body, and movement, and/or who have been diagnosed with an eating disorder.
