As a licensed clinical social worker and health education specialist, I am dedicated to helping you reconnect with your innate wisdom, harness your strengths, and cultivate the skills needed to thrive. I take an integrative, person-centered approach that prioritizes both mental and physical well-being. My practice supports Black women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, attachment challenges, and relationship struggles.
