I became a therapist because I believe that every person is worthy of a life lived fully as themselves. For most of us, at some point, life experiences get in the way of feeling our best, but healing is possible when we have a safe place to process those experiences. I strive to be that safe place for every person who enters my office. I offer EMDR and specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, and depression, but also know that sometimes in life, we just feel a little off. Wherever you are in life's journey, I'd be honored to journey with you. Though I work with all ages 13 and up, I specialize in working with teens. As a former teen who didn't share emotions with adults, I hold a deep value in relationship building in hopes that even the most hesitant of teens gains an adult with whom to discuss life. Teen years are tough, but having a safe place to process in those years can be life changing.
