I work with ages 5 to 21 struggling with such issues as depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, low self-esteem, poor coping skills and difficulty expressing feelings. I have over 18 years of experience working in mental health in medical, outpatient, residential, and school based settings. My passion is working with children and families. I utilize predominantly TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused techniques. However, I am also trained in play and sand tray therapies. I believe in an honest and supportive approach.
