I want to create a space that allows my client(s) to facilitate their own goals and values. I have an integrative approach to the counseling process with no judgement and a safe space to provide comfortability to my client(s). I like to meet my client(s) where they are at, while my client(s) guide me through their journey. I enjoy working with a variety of clients, especially those who have anxiety, depression, grief-and-loss, family/relationship issues, stress, trauma, and self-esteem. I strive to make this counseling journey safe, supportive, genuine, and fun. I am looking forward to being a part of your journey!
