My name is Tiffany Trent, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in treating trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, and women’s issues. I have extensive experience and passion working with and treating teenagers and adults with eating disorders, body dysmorphia, trauma, PTSD, identity issues, self-harming behaviors, and suicidal ideation. I take an eclectic approach to therapy and utilize Internal Family Systems, EMDR, DBT, Narrative, CBT, and Psychodynamic modalities in therapy and individualize therapy to fit the person rather than try to fit the complexities of a human being into a modality.
