As a trauma informed holistic psychotherapist, I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, ADHD, depression, emotional dysregulation, behavioral issues, post-traumatic stress disorder, and complex trauma. I have devoted my career to learning evidenced based treatments and have had the privilege to help people heal and live the life they desire. I was the Director of Social Work at Northwell Zucker Hillside Hospital and currently the Director of Social Work at Mount Sinai West. As a result of my extensive experience I have worked with complex situations encompassing psychiatric and medical needs.
