As a mental health practitioner, she wants to work with people from different cultural backgrounds to promote a sense of belonging. The focus should be on assessing, identifying, and evaluating the whole person. She wants to build on a person’s strengths and work on their challenges. I provide telehealth and in person counseling. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy. My specialties have aligned me to support clients with concerns such as career change, situationships, boundary setting, chronic stress, emotional challenges, race related concerns, self- identity questions, and survivors of trauma.
