I often work with clients who express difficulty processing emotional concerns and painful life experiences, and have a desire to learn more about their past and are in hopes of building a useful coping skills tool box that they can utilize in their daily life. Many of my clients have felt impacted and held back by their past experiences, and hope to heal from them in order to grow towards a better future. I travel this journey with my clients, working towards reaching smaller goals as they then approach and achieve bigger goals. As part of my own journey as a clinician, I am genuinely curious with all my clients so that together we can create goals and work towards positive growth. My strengths as a clinician are focused on individual counseling for anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorders (PTSD), adjustment disorders, eating disorders and grief counseling.
