I work with adults and couples. I specialize in brainspotting and imago therapy. I enjoy consulting with people regarding a variety of problems such as trauma, anxiety, depression, struggles in relationships and life transitions. I can support you to get out of the crisis or chaos you are experiencing. I can also support deep healing from childhood wounds, trauma or distressing experiences. I have a passion for working with couples; helping them regain what has been lost and find what is possible. I also help clients understand factors that have supported the patterns they are stuck in.
