About
“There’s nothing wrong with you; you’ve just been carrying a lot, quietly, for too long.” I created The Morning After Therapy to hold space for the emotional weight that often goes unspoken, especially among black women navigating grief, trauma, the hidden emotional toll of fibroids, or the impact of undiagnosed ADHD in adulthood. My clients are women who are used to holding it all together while feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unsure how to care for themselves in the process. By blending narrative therapy, CBT, and expressive arts, I help clients process what hurts and rebuild what’s possible. After working with me, clients often report feeling emotionally regulated, seen, validated, and no longer alone in their experience. Therapy with me is a place to rediscover your voice, process your story, and find relief at your pace.
