Are you tired of the insanity? With many years of being an ally to those who suffer with substance use and mental health, I have made the decision to use my personal experiences to try and help others. I provide support to adolescents, young adults and adults who may struggle with substance use, codependency concerns or allies of those who struggle with substance use. Those who eventually make their way to see me are usually experiencing a difficult time within their life, which will be met within a judgment free zone with compassion and best clinical practices.
